Join in and listen close as I tell you the tale of our first foray in the ArcGIS JS SDK. With the goal of rebuilding the Wisconsin Historic Aerial Imagery Finder application, our first task was to formulate a plan by determining our requirements and choosing a technology—spoiler, we chose the ArcGIS JS SDK. Next, we began prototyping the interface; how were we going to provide access to all of these aerial imagery points?! And finally, at long last, we got to start writing code. But wait!
