Dan Johnston has worked @ WisDOT his entire 25-year career. He's worked on the WISLR/local roads initial implementation, making data-driven decisions to plan construction projects, and now works on developing WisDOT's data repository, application development and use of open data to increase collaboration efforts with external customers.
