About me
Doug has been a Land Information Officer in Monroe & Vernon Counties, worked as a GIS Project Manager for Applied Data Consultants, and the last 3 years he has been the GIS Analyst for St Croix County. He has 30 plus years of experience performing GIS based parcel mapping in Wisconsin. Over these years he has had the pleasure of building relationships, engaging with, and learning from a long list of land information professionals – other LIOs, County Surveyors, Professional Land Surveyors, WI DOT right-of-way specialists, a variety of State land record custodians, Real Property Listers, Register of Deeds, as well as many private and public sector real estate professionals. During his career he has acquired extensive knowledge of working with land surveys, CSMs & subdivision plats, highway plats, and interpreting real property legal descriptions.
