His leadership spans over a decade of impactful community organizing work which focused on strengthening community bonds and creating healthier, safer, and more economically viable community ecosystems. Frank leverages his skills as a community leader, technical expert, and entrepreneur to create strategies, technologies, and workforce development programs that create social and economic change. As CEO of RomoGIS, Frank spearheads STEM education programs across the United States that teach students how to use AI, GIS and UAV technologies for social impact and entrepreneurship. Through these programs, Frank empowers the next generation of tech and community leaders and inspires them to utilize technology for positive social change.
